Overview
Hosts can manage every entry in their pool from the Entries page in Pool Settings. This includes reviewing entry status, searching and filtering the list, managing picks, adding notes, granting mulligans, removing entries, exporting entries, and sending private messages.
The Entries page is built for day-to-day host control after entrants have joined your pool.
When Entries Can Be Added
New entries can be added as long as the pool is still open and the player has not reached the max entries per player setting.
Your pool can also fill up if it reaches its entry limit. If that happens, entrants cannot add more entries until you increase the pool size from Pool Settings.
If you need to reopen the pool after the start week has passed, adjust the Start Week from Pool Settings.
Viewing & Searching Entries
The Entries page lists each entry with the entrant, entry name, current status, current-week pick information, private note, and available host actions.
Use the search bar to find entries by entrant name or entry name. You can also filter by status, eliminated week, or current-week pick.
Entry Status & Current Picks
Each entry shows whether it is alive or eliminated. If an entry has received mulligans, the status indicator also shows that mulligan history.
The current-week pick column helps you see whether an entry is awaiting a pick, has submitted a hidden/unlocked pick, or has a locked pick that can be shown.
Manage Picks
Hosts can set, update, or remove picks on behalf of entrants from the Manage Picks action.
This is useful when a host needs to help an entrant, correct an entry, or manage a pool where the host collects picks outside the app and enters them manually.
The Manage Picks window shows the selected entry, week, available games, and the entry's pick list. For multi-pick weeks, it also shows how many picks are required, how many have been submitted, and how many are still missing.
Entry Notes
Hosts can add a private note to any entry. Notes are only visible to the host and are useful for internal reminders, participant context, or other details you want to keep with the entry.
On desktop, notes can be edited directly from the entry row. On mobile, open the entry row to view and edit its details.
Granting Mulligans
Hosts can manually grant a mulligan to an entry when needed. You can grant a mulligan from an individual entry action or by selecting entries and using the bulk action menu.
Manual mulligans are separate from the automatic mulligans configured in Pool Settings.
Bulk Actions
Select one or more entries to open the bulk actions menu. From there, hosts can send a private message, grant a mulligan, or remove selected entries.
Use bulk actions when you need to manage a group of entries at once instead of updating each entry individually.
Removing Entries
Hosts can remove an entry from the pool from the entry actions menu or from bulk actions.
Removing an entry takes it out of the pool and frees that spot for another entry if the pool is still open. The entrant is not notified automatically.
Exporting Entries
You can export a CSV of the current entry list from the Entries page. The export includes entry names, entrant names, status, and any notes you've added.
Look for the Export Entries button above the entries table.
Private Messages
Hosts can send a private email to selected entrants directly from the Entries page. This is useful for individual follow-ups, reminders, or messages that do not need to be posted publicly in the pool discussion.
To send a private message:
- Select one or more entries using the checkboxes on the Entries page.
- Open the Actions dropdown and select Private Message.
- Write your message in the Send Private Message window.
- Click Send to email the selected entrants.
Private messages are delivered by email only and are not posted on the pool discussion board.
